Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the Core and Distribution network to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Execute end-to-end troubleshooting and maintenance for network devices, resolving alarms from the Network Monitoring System (NMS) and internal alerts.
Deploy and configure network hardware and provision new connections for both infrastructure expansions and enterprise customers.
Monitor traffic and link health comprehensively, including Local Loop, Datacenter interconnections, and BGP upstream/downstream links.
Serve as an active participant in the 7x24 shifting roster, ensuring continuous network support and incident response.
Document daily operations and provide detailed incident reports based on resolved tickets.

Requrements

A tech enthusiast with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
A professional with 1+ years of proven experience handling network support (L2/L3 escalations are a plus).
Solid technical grasp of End-to-End OSI Layer communication and TCP/IP fundamentals.
Hands-on expertise with Routing Protocols (especially BGP and OSPF) in a production environment.
Familiarity with multi-vendor environments (MikroTik, enterprise switches, and other mainstream networking brands).
Certified network professionals (MTCNA / CCNA) will be prioritized.
A team player with sharp analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
A Flexible and committed to working in a fast-paced, 7x24 shift rotation.
