About The Role
As a
Content Producer , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production of digital content across multiple platforms and campaigns. You will oversee content planning, production workflows, and execution processes to ensure content is delivered efficiently, consistently, and at scale.
This role requires a strong understanding of content operations, short-form video trends, and production management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support high-volume content production while maintaining quality, brand consistency, and campaign objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end content production operations , from content planning and briefing to publishing readiness and delivery.
- Coordinate the production of high-volume digital content , including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product content, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content Strategy, and Business teams to translate campaign objectives into scalable content execution plans.
- Manage and supervise external resources, including content creators, editors, freelancers, agencies, production houses, and interns .
- Monitor content production timelines, output quality, and resource allocation to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
- Develop and optimize content workflows, processes, and operational standards to improve production efficiency.
- Track content performance and production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and business objectives.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Communication, Marketing, or related fields .
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content production, content operations, creative production, or digital media.
- Proven experience managing large-scale content production , particularly short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Experience overseeing content output volumes of 800–1,000 pieces of content per month or equivalent production scale.
- Strong understanding of content operations, content planning, production workflows, and content lifecycle management .
- Experience coordinating and managing external stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, content creators, editors, and freelance talent .
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar platforms .
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
