Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance and EHS work instructions to avoid causing issues for the company, the environment, and employees.Implement workplace safety policies and standards.
- Serve as part of the SERT team.
- Responsible for maintenance activities including preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs.
- Responsible for troubleshooting equipment damage and plant equipment breakdowns.
- Develop repair plans and spare parts procurement plans.
- Act as a trainer within the maintenance department.
- Responsible for creating or revising documents such as procedures, work instructions (WI), lists, and forms for the maintenance department.
- Evaluate the work performance of employees or contractors to ensure the quality of work delivered.
- Responsible for monthly and annual reports of the maintenance department.
- Record and monitor progress and reports of plant equipment breakdowns.
- Source, select, and negotiate the procurement of materials, spare parts, and services from vendors in collaboration with procurement.
- Responsible for the negotiation process and execution of work carried out by vendors.
- Plan and execute CAPEX projects and changes based on Management of Change (MOC).
- Execute and close audit and plant inspection findings.
- Responsible for GR (Goods Receipt), GI (Goods Issue), and stock-taking activities in the maintenance warehouse.
- Carry out maintenance work instructions assigned by superiors.
- Act as Deputy Maintenance Manager.
Job Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering with minimum 7 years of experience.
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Have technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity in schematics PID, CSMS, CMMS
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize work and ensure adequate
- Effective communication and people management skills
- Strong understanding of RBM, ISO 9001, and project management
- Knowledge of technical drawing, PID and measurement tools.
