Analytical processes using specific approaches and financial ratios are required to determine reasonable credit needs and reduce the potential for credit defaults, which could be detrimental to the company's future.
Therefore, BCA has developed a one-year Credit Analyst Program, which aims to prepare young professionals to become competent credit analysts for BCA. Graduates of this program will be directly appointed as permanent employees of BCA.
