Kualifikasi Yang Diharapkan
Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 2,80 dari 4,00.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang pemasaran dan penjualan.
Mampu bekerja dalam tim dengan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer, khususnya Ms. Office (Word, Excel).
Memahami proses bisnis tepung terigu, terutama di bidang sales dan marketing.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab
Mengkoordinir, memonitor, dan melakukan kegiatan sales.
Melakukan pengevaluasian pelaksaan pencapaian target penjualan (delivery) dan pelaksanaan order di depo, UKM, grosir, dan industry.
Memonitor supply dan stock produk serta memerikasa kesesuaian pengiriman dengan data pengiriman dan kesesuaian penggunaan dengan omzet penjualan.
Melakukan sosialisasi semua program promosi seperti club grosir, BMC, paguyuban, edukasi, dsb yang ditujukan untuk customer.
Mengkoordinir dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan penerimaan keluhan dari pelanggan mengenai produk bogasari.
Mengusulkan dan mengarahkan kebutuhan pengadaan serta pengembangan SDM di dalam unit kerja.
