- Deliver spa treatments including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies according to established standards.
- Welcome guests and conduct treatment consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Ensure guest comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the treatment experience.
- Promote and recommend spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after each service.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Report guest feedback, maintenance issues, and operational concerns to the Spa Supervisor.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Attend training sessions and continuously improve treatment skills and product knowledge.
