Responsibilities

  • Driving Sales: Actively reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce and sell our educational products.
  • Customer Centricity: Identify and understand customer needs to provide the best solutions, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat sales.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and manage customer information, payment details, and purchase history in our database.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product offerings and effectively communicate new features/promotions to customers.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information regarding our products.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales, or in a similar sales role (Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply).
  • Target-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Communication Excellence: Persuasive communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Mission-Driven: A genuine interest in improving the education landscape in Indonesia.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
