Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for business development initiatives for our Vision Care products & services
Work towards monthly, quarterly targets and KPI set forth
Conducting product presentations to prospective customers when necessary
Maintain, develop and build long-term relationships with new and existing customer for company’s growth sustainability
Gathering of customer and market information in a timely manner to stay competitive
Represent the company in trade shows, events and exhibitions
Responsible for the coordination with team, distributor and customer, including preparation of tenders, quotations and order process forms
Assist in Marketing activities (i.e.: exhibitions logistics coordination, event planning and management of brochures, posters and invitations)
Support the team in sales coordination and administration responsibilities
Support the team with business data and potential market update
Education / Professional Certification
Diploma and/or Degree in Business, Marketing or Optometry
Experience
5 years experience in product marketing / sales and proven prior working experience
2 years related work experience, preferably in the optical industry
Knowledge / Skills / Other Characteristics

Self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
Possess strong analytical and technical-solving skills
Possess strong interpersonal and customer and management skills
Ability to work in high-pressure environments and places personal and business integrity at forefront
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, high work standards and quality
Customer-oriented attitude; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, excellent listening, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
Fluent English, local language and additional languages are an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
