Develop and maintain the enterprise risk management framework, including risk taxonomy, incident management, loss event database, KRI monitoring, RCSA, and risk reporting.
Monitor operational risk events, incidents, chargebacks, disputes, and remediation actions, ensuring timely escalation, root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, and closure tracking.
Coordinate risk governance activities across departments, including SOP reviews, risk assessments, product and partnership risk reviews, action tracking, and control effectiveness monitoring.
Support compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations by monitoring regulatory updates, assessing framework gaps, and ensuring required reporting obligations are fulfilled.
Prepare risk dashboards and management reports for senior leadership and the Board, highlighting key risk exposures, trends, incidents, KRI breaches, and mitigation progress.
Provide independent second-line risk oversight and challenge to business units on risk identification, assessment, control design, and mitigation plans.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Operational Risk, Risk Governance, or Risk Monitoring
Prior experience in e-wallet, digital payment, fintech, or financial services (bank, multifinance, or insurance). Experience in the e-wallet or payment industry is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience building or maintaining a risk tracking register, incident log, or operational control framework
Familiarity with dispute management, chargeback workflows, or payment settlement processes is a strong advantage
Working knowledge of Bank Indonesia regulations relevant to payment services - specifically PBI 23/6/PBI/2021, PBI 22/23/PBI/2020 and the upcoming PBI 10/2025 & PADG 32/2025 - is a strong advantage
