Customer Service – Claims Operations
We are looking for a
Claims Operations professional to join our
Servicing Customer Excellence team. In this role, you will support customers throughout the claim journey while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality claim handling.
What You Will Do
- Review and verify claim documents to ensure completeness and policy compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, live chat, etc.).
- Provide clear updates regarding claim status and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners to support smooth claim resolution.
- Maintain service quality while achieving operational SLA targets and preparing daily reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any major (Insurance or Actuarial Science graduates are a plus).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Claims, Insurance Operations, or related fields is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of insurance and claim processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English.
Preferred Background
- Insurance, claims handling, customer service operations, e-commerce operations, or micro insurance experience.
