Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure the availability of consumable materials in line with operational requirements.
  • Plan and execute shipments to destination warehouses, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery while aligning quantities with demand and capacity constraints.
  • Proactively communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding delivery quantities, timelines, and potential risks.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of purchase orders, shipment schedules, and delivery status.
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reports on inventory, shipments, and costs for management review.
  • Assist in preparing for special operational campaigns (e.g., double dates, payday).
  • Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and strategic projects related to cost control and operational efficiency, as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics or operations coordination.
  • Familiar with shipment planning and inventory control, especially across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas) with strong capabilities to handle, analyze, and interpret datasets.
