As a
Assistant Brand Retail Manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing brand performance across modern and general trade channels. You will work closely with sales teams, principals, and retail partners to ensure strong execution, maximize visibility, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, field execution understanding, and stakeholder management to drive brand success in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Drive achievement of sales targets and monitor brand performance across retail channels (sell-in & sell-out).
- Develop and execute retail strategies to improve product visibility, availability, and promotional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and field teams to ensure strong execution of brand initiatives.
- Manage relationships with principals and retail partners, aligning on promotions and business plans.
- Monitor inventory levels, support demand forecasting, and minimize stock gaps or aging risks.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, including planogram and in-store execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or distribution roles.
- Experience managing Modern Trade and/or General Trade channels .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Principals.
- Strong execution mindset with understanding of field operations and retail dynamics.
