Manage and maintain a well-structured, accurate, and organized client and community database
Handle onboarding of new clients or members, including effective communication and coordination
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams (PR, Social Media, and Events) for invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-ups
Conduct post-event follow-ups and maintain ongoing engagement with clients and community members
Monitor client engagement and participation, and identify potential business opportunities
Support the development of client engagement initiatives, including exclusive events and strategic communications
Ensure a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality in all client interactions

Requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in client relations, account management, community management, or similar roles
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing structured data
Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain consistent and effective follow-ups
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with business communities, professional services firms, or B2B environments
Familiarity with CRM tools or database management systems (Excel, Notion, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience handling high-value clients or professional networks
