Job Description
- Lead and manage the software development team in the Bank’s digital transformation programs.
- Manage, assign tasks, monitor progress, and be responsible for the quality of deliverables from the development team.
- Participate in business requirements analysis, system architecture design, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Participate in system development according to Microservices architecture, including both Backend and Frontend.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical support to team members.
- Collaborate with BA, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality.
- Participate in resolving complex technical issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring system stability.
- Support deployment, operation, and troubleshooting during the Go-live process.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the project manager/supervisor.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related fields.
- At least 05 years of experience in software development, including participation in at least one payment system project for a Commercial Bank within the last 02 years, based on Microservices architecture and utilizing Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, and related technologies.
- At least 01 year of experience in a Team Lead/Tech Lead role, with proven ability to plan, assign tasks, lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Hands-on experience in Full-stack development, covering both Backend and Frontend; strong capability in system and database analysis/design on both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Solid experience with technologies including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Data Guard, Golden Gate, CDC, Spring Boot 3.x (Java 17/21), Angular, Nginx, Spring Cloud Gateway, HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2, SFTP, RESTful APIs, JMS (IBM MQ), Kafka, JSON, Redis, Caffeine, Guava, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Minikube, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, and OpenAPI 3.
- Experience working in Linux and Windows environments; knowledge of Keycloak, Vault, or Spring Cloud Config Server is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Preferred
- Experience in building and implementing large-scale money transfer, payment, or collection/disbursement systems for Commercial Banks, handling approximately 10 million transactions per day.
- Experience in application performance optimization and solving complex technical challenges in large-scale enterprise environments.
