Your Focus Areas
- Support Event Operations: Assist in the end-to-end coordination of virtual workshops and in-person networking events. You will manage platform logistics, coordinate with speakers, and ensure our attendees have an unforgettable learning experience.
- Create Buzzworthy Content: Transform the insights and key takeaways from our workshops into engaging social media posts, stories, and short videos. You will help maintain our content calendar and keep our brand top-of-mind.
- Engage the Community Daily: Actively monitor and spark conversations across our community channels. You will welcome new members, answer questions, and build a welcoming space for data science and AI enthusiasts.
- Coordinate Ecosystem Partnerships: Reach out to university student organizations, tech communities, and potential partners to coordinate promotional collaborations and expand Algoritma’s reach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Event Organizer: Experience organizing student events, webinars, or managing campus organizations, proving you can handle event logistics and engage audiences.
- Vibrant Presenter: You are an energetic and confident communicator, highly capable of hosting webinars, introducing speakers, or serving as the master of ceremonies for our community events.
- Tech Intellectual Curiosity: While coding skills are not required, you possess a strong interest in technology and are excited to learn how data science and AI shape the future.
- Creative Storyteller: Highly capable of creating simple, engaging social media content. You know what makes a post relatable and can communicate ideas clearly.
- Bilingual Proficiency: You are fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, enabling you to seamlessly collaborate with our diverse community members and international partners.
