What We’ll Work On Together
- Acquire and manage B2B clients for our Client's Employee Purchase Program (EPP) through a hunter & farmer approach (lead generation, closing, and account growth).
- Identify and approach potential clients (corporate & SMB), particularly HR (employee benefit programs) and procurement/business owners (device purchasing & partnerships)
- Drive full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to deal closing, ensuring strong conversion to target.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase program adoption, usage, and repeat business
- Position EPP as a value-added solution to support employee engagement and corporate purchasing efficiency
- Monitor sales pipeline performance including leads, conversion rate, and revenue achievement; ensure targets are met consistently.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and program optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to enhance program execution and client experience.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, account development, and market insights.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and authorization guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales / Key Account / Business Development.
- Proven experience handling corporate clients, dealers, or distributors.
- Strong skills in acquisition (hunter), negotiation, and account management (farmer).
- Experience selling to HR (benefit programs) and/or procurement (SMB/corporate) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and closing skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in field-based / client-facing roles.
