Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and select KOLs/Influencers that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end KOL collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content monitoring, and campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign requirements, timelines, and performance targets are executed as planned.
  • Manage KOL partnership administration, including agreement preparation, invoice handling, payment processes, and KOL database maintenance.
  • Monitor and evaluate KOL performance based on established KPIs.
  • Prepare campaign insights and recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, talent management agencies, and business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major; preferably Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as the latest digital trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple KOLs and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
  • An existing network of KOLs, talent management agencies, or influencer partners is a strong advantage.
