About the Role
Ku Creatives is one of the first AI-powered ad creative production floors in the world. We produce for Bear Grylls, Fortune 500 agencies, and 70+ creative teams worldwide, delivering over 1,300 videos every month from our production floor in Jakarta. We pioneered the model of combining trained editors with the most advanced AI tools on the market to produce ad creatives at a speed and scale that traditional agencies simply cannot match. Ku Creatives only serves international clients.
Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics for various media with a strong focus on short-form social media content
- Edit video footage and enhance it with effects, transitions, and motion graphic elements
- Produce videos that follow the style and format of TikTok and YouTube content
- Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts before starting video projects
- Deliver high-quality short-form videos that are on-brief, on-brand, and on time
- Understand client needs and incorporate their feedback throughout the editing process
- Export and deliver final files in the required format for each project
- Stay up to date with video editing trends, tools, and platform best practices
Requirements
- Minimum SMK Multimedia or Design background
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut, proven through your portfolio
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Good time management and able to handle multiple projects at once without dropping quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Must have your own laptop capable of running design and editing software
- Willing to work onsite from our office every day
- Portfolio or showreel is mandatory and must be included in your application
