Job Descriptions

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data within the HRIS system through regular audits and data validation.
  • Analyze workforce data, including headcount, organization structure, retention trends, and manpower planning to support strategic people decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics for People Partners, Regional Leaders, and Management.
  • Support organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and branch performance analysis through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of HR reporting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, HR Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, data visualization) with strong analytical skills.
  • Able to transform complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), HRIS, or workforce analytics is a strong advantage.
