Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data within the HRIS system through regular audits and data validation.
Analyze workforce data, including headcount, organization structure, retention trends, and manpower planning to support strategic people decisions.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics for People Partners, Regional Leaders, and Management.
Support organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and branch performance analysis through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Drive automation and continuous improvement of HR reporting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, HR Analyst, or similar analytical role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, data visualization) with strong analytical skills.
Able to transform complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), HRIS, or workforce analytics is a strong advantage.
