Job Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsible to complete the vessel piping works as per instructions of his Charge Hand to meet the Yard Schedule by maintaining standard.
Perform pipe alignment, fit-up, and preparation for welding.
Follow Safety Rules and Regulation set by the Yard.
Must feedback to his Charge Hand about his daily productivity.
Work with his co-worker with good communication, co-operation & understanding.
Should be able to liaise with co-worker to meet the set targets.
Follow the time keeping and discipline in working.
To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refer to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the Yard.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Experience

1 or more years experiences as Pipe Fitter in Shipbuilding or Oil and Gas Industry.
Able to interpret spool drawing, isometric, and sketches.
Competent in using fitter tools.
Basic understanding of material types and pipe schedule.
Must be proactive and willing to learn.
Good attitude.
