  • Handle administrative, operations and services to support business project related to student and/or lecturer service

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience as a customer associate or in an operational role is a strong plus.
  • Strong time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
