Support the administration and management of Smart Check-Up assessment data with high participant volume (±1000 participants/year) and Fit & Proper Test processes (±5 positions/year)
Perform data input, recap, validation, and data cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
Manage databases, dashboards, and assessment documentation in a structured and sustainable manner
Support the preparation and updating of data recaps and dashboards for analysis and monitoring purposes
Assist in administrative processes related to assessment and talent management activities
Ensure proper documentation and data organization to support HR analytics processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Master’s degree (S2) in Psychology.
Fresh Graduate or final-year student with no classes to attend.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially for data processing and reporting.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately with large amounts of data.
Strong analytical thinking and administrative skills.
Familiarity with dashboards or data visualization tools is a plus.
Understanding of psychological assessments and psychological testing tools.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period and work fully from office (WFO).
