Job Description
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP / Application Management.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role as a Supervisor or Manager.Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation or enhancement projects.Prior experience working in Retail, Fashion, Apparel, Footwear, FMCG Retail, or Department Store industries is highly preferred.Deep understanding of end-to-end retail business processes, including: Procurement, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Store Operations, POS Integration, and Finance & Accounting.Proficient with hands-on experience in one or more of the following SAP modules: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Retail, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, or SAP EWM/WM.Strong knowledge of application integration concepts, API architectures, retail POS systems, and e-commerce integrations.Familiarity with database management and BI/reporting tools is an advantage.Strong business process analysis skills with excellent analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.Proven expertise in Project Management and Stakeholder Management within a fast-paced environment.Robust leadership and People Management skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Maximize SAP System Availability to through proactive maintenance, performance tuning, and robust disaster recovery planning.Lead, plan, and execute end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring On-Time & On-Budget Project Delivery while meeting business objectives.Oversee application support operations to strictly meet or exceed Incident Resolution SLAs, ensuring swift troubleshooting and minimal disruption to the business.Drive Business Process Automation & Efficiency Improvement across all departments, focusing on the strategic Reduction of Manual Processes to scale operations.Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to leverage SAP functionality for Inventory Accuracy Improvement and streamlined stock movement.Manage and elevate the User Satisfaction Score by ensuring high-quality IT support, comprehensive user training, and seamless change management.Supervise and manage complex system integrations, including connecting SAP with retail POS (Point of Sales) systems, warehouse management systems, and e-commerce platforms via APIs.Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Application/SAP team, effectively managing workloads, performance, and skill development.Act as the primary liaison between local management, cross-functional business users, regional teams, and third-party vendors/consultants.
