Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business partners to expand our network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling pitches for potential partners.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Work closely with the CEO and other team members to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, advertising or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the agency industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Possesses strong social skills, particularly in excellent negotiation, communication and presentation.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Work from the office every day at One Belpark Office Building, Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
- Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
