Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Plan and deliver training classes for agents and leaders in the area according to the curriculum and academy standards. Achieve targeted training hours, man-hours, and participant reach.
  • Drive area business outcomes (APE, AA, NRA, persistency, inforce) through targeted training interventions, coaching, and activation programs in coordination with agency leaders.
  • Develop, localize, and update training modules and learning materials relevant to area needs. Ensure content reflects current products, regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead a minimum of 3 initiatives per year that advance area capability — implementing corporate programs (e.g., Professional Producer Workshop, AMS Tools) and area-specific initiatives, each with defined man-hours and participants.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and certification data. Submit regular training activity and performance reports to the academy within the reporting calendar.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with company standards and regulatory provisions (OJK, AAJI). Maintain training quality through participant evaluation and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills: Facilitation, module development, MS Office, LMS navigation, basic data analysis

Min. 2 years in training, agency development, or life insurance sales; experience as agent/leader or trainer preferred

Certification : Valid AAJI license;

Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification preferred; sharia license (AASI) is a

plus

Education : Bachelor's degree

(any discipline); background in business, education, or communication is an advantage
