Overview

HEPMIL Indonesia is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.


Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day account management and act as a strategic partner to clients
  • Lead client relationships and manage expectations to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Oversee multiple campaigns and ensure seamless execution from brief to delivery
  • Collaborate with Planning, Creative, and Production teams to develop strong briefs and integrated campaign solutions
  • Ensure all campaign deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client objectives
  • Manage commercials, including budget planning, cost control, and billing processes
  • Ensure account profitability and efficient resource allocation
  • Contribute to account strategy and long-term brand planning
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions
  • Drive organic growth by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding scope of work
  • Guide and mentor junior team members (Senior AE / AE), ensuring team development
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact creative work


Qualifications

  • Full time working hour
  • The ideal candidate has +/- 4 years of Sales & marketing experience with an agency or brand
  • Able to oversee the successful completion of projects and can work in a wide variety of fields
  • A great team player and excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make strategic decisions & have a good problem-solving skills
  • Great time management & organization
  • Having some experience in handling one of the digital marketing activities OR at least basic knowledge about some of those digital marketing activities will be a plus point
  • Good English speaking (Writing & Speaking)
  • Comfortable working in fast paced environment
  • Have good knowledge of Social media platform ( TikTok, Instagram etc )
