Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding and mass training sessions for new drivers
  • Deliver training materials in an engaging and effective manner
  • Ensure drivers understand safety, service standards, and platform usage
  • Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and manage training batches
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience in mass training, preferably in ride-hailing/logistics industry
  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
  • Willing to work in the field and handle operational tasks as required
  • Able to manage large training groups with confidence
  • Nice to have: Able to use Canva or other design tools for basic training content/material
