Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
  • Conduct interviews via online or in-person.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, to onboarding preparation.
  • Coordinate and conduct assessments center to support strategic hiring and development decisions for key positions.
  • Develop and maintain strong networking relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience (in a tech recruiter capacity).
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology.
  • Proven success in recruiting and sourcing for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have knowledge in recruitment process such as candidate selection, interviewing, psychological test, and assessment.
  • Strong relationship management and consultative skills (with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners); ability to influence, inform, and negotiate.
  • Experience working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data & recruiting tools.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skill.
  • Multitasking and independent.
  • Able to maintain performance under pressure and target-oriented.
