Job Description

  • Ensure that the invoices, tax invoices and WHT receipt that we received are complete and correct according to tax regulations.
  • Determine a correct rate of WHT we must deduct from each invoice received.
  • Assist in paying and reporting the company taxes accurately and on time.
  • Help to recap and reconcile taxes accurately.
  • Assist to send tax documents to those who need it.
  • Seek information from the relevant internal departments if there are unclear transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum grade for all tax subjects is B.
  • Active in campus club/ organization while in college.
  • Understand the concept of WHT, VAT and KUP.
  • Can manage large datasets in MS Excel with various functions and formulas.
  • Strive to be the best, love to learn and innovate.
  • Approachable and can work in a team.
