Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the SDR team: The SDR Lead will train and manage a team of SDRs to achieve sales goals.
  • Create sales strategies: The SDR Lead will develop sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience working in sales, with a focus on lead generation and qualification.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of SDRs.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
