Overview
ROLE AT A GLANCE:
Creative & Digital Marketing: is responsible for supporting creative and digital marketing activities by developing content ideas, visuals, and promotional materials aligned with the brand identity. This role manages and maintains all content across the company’s websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging. The position also focuses on content creation and social media management, supports the execution of digital campaigns across various platforms, and collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver engaging and consistent brand communication to the target audience.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to align with business growth goals.
- Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and upload engaging content for social media, and websites. Also Design and follow up any properties that related with Video and Motion Graphic design that follow with company branding guidance
- Campaign Management: Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic and leads.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (ROI, CPC, Conversion Rates) using tools like Google Analytics.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with designers to create visually appealing assets and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with APAC team for several APAC projects
- Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
- Works and collaborate with other department to coordinate content and other campaign strategy
- Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to
- Proactively communicate with Worldwide as to get update that fit with current trend
- Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion
- Also create social media & Website monthly report
- Additional duties as assigned.
TEAM DYNAMICS:
- Work closely with core team, other department, and also vendors
LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
Education
- Minimum bachelor's degree from any major (preferred from Design Communication Visual (DKV) or Marketing Communication)
Experience
- Min 4 – 6 years' experience (in same position or related Creative & Digital Marketing field
