As an IT Support Engineer in Thailand, you keep Sarens running. You deliver fast, accurate first-line IT support and take full ownership of incidents from start to finish. You guide users to clear solutions and ensure every ticket meets SLA standards. You work closely with the IT Service Desk Team Lead to maintain a stable, secure IT environment that supports global operations.

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:
* You handle first-line IT support via phone, email, chat and ticketing tools
* You log, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests
* You escalate complex issues to second-line support
* You support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and Microsoft 365
* You ensure clean ticket documentation and full SLA compliance
* You document solutions and improve the knowledge base
* You communicate clearly and manage user expectations with confidence
* You follow IT security, compliance and internal policies
* You contribute to SHEQ standards and safe ways of working
* You report to the IT Service Desk Team Lead and work in a global IT team
ABOUT YOU:

hands-on IT professional who enjoys helping others succeed. You combine
technical expertise with clear communication and take ownership of your work. You stay structured, solve problems fast, and keep user satisfaction at the centre. In a global environment, you remain calm and deliver reliable support.
What you bring:
* Experience in first-line IT support or service desk roles
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and workplace IT environments
* Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools and SLA-based work
* Understanding of incident and request management processes
* Clear communication skills in English (extra languages are a плюс)
* Strong troubleshooting and prioritisation skills
* Awareness of IT security, access management and compliance
* A team mindset and willingness to share knowledge
