Design and develop site-wide electrical systems, including power distribution, generators, protection systems, cable layouts, and VSD/motor integration for automated sorting facilities.
Prepare and maintain electrical documentation such as single-line diagrams, panel schedules, load calculations, and as-built drawings.
Review and validate vendor engineering submissions, including drawings, calculations, bills of quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify electrical installations, identify deviations, and ensure work is completed according to approved designs.
Support testing, commissioning, and system energization activities prior to operational handover.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, utility providers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution across multiple sites.
Maintain proper project documentation and facilitate handover to maintenance and operations teams.
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of electrical engineering practices across all sorting center projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, facility, or automation engineering environments.
Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical distribution systems, protection coordination, generators, VSDs, and motor applications.
Experience preparing electrical layouts, load calculations, and technical documentation.
Proven ability to review and validate vendor engineering submissions and supervise installation activities.
Hands-on experience with electrical testing, commissioning, and site acceptance processes.
Familiarity with Indonesian electrical regulations, including PUIL, SNI, and PLN requirements.
Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Indonesia.
