Overview
HEPMIL Indonesia is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive in Indonesia to grow the business with local advertisers and agencies.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
- Working closely with Creator Development team for ongoing projects
- Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work for
- Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
- Reporting and recording all sales activities in a web-based sales force
- Create proposals for incoming client campaigns by working with HCN’s creators in developing content that meet client’s objectives
- Maintain rapport with HCN creators and key accounts to scale business growth on behalf of the company
- Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on key learnings/recommendations
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and executing content plans on our creators’ platforms
- Manage accounts by ensuring brands’ objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.
- Adopts an advisory approach with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
Qualifications
- Preferably with min. 2 years of background and experience in Accounts Servicing or graduated from Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
- Strong understanding and interest in the advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Passionate about new media and digital content, with a strong interest in social media content creation.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgement skills.
- An appetite for change, empathetic and proactive.
- Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and comfortable with a client-facing role
- Able to manage tight deadlines with project management skills
