Job Overview
Manages all production and utility equipment maintenance activities, installation, and commissioning of equipment as per the plan.
Job Requirements
- Identifying areas of obstruction, proactively taking steps to rectify the same, and taking corrective action to reduce downtime to a minimum.
- Supervising maintenance technicians, monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources, and ensuring adherence to regulatory process requirements and standards.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting individual & group targets.
- Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to improve equipment reliability and achieve planned production targets within budget.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
