Job information


Location: Remote & Onsite.

Reports to: Events Director

Works with: Event Director, Managing Director & Marketing

Hours: Full Time


Salary: £35,000 + bonus structure


Job specification


We are looking for a full time Head of Programming to join our wonderful established team. The Head ofProgramming will take full ownership of curating and managing all Festival and year-round event programming to expand our current offering. This role combines creative curation, a deep topic understanding and commercially understanding.


You will:


  • Lead programming of our legendary Mind Body Spirit Festival’s in London and Birmingham. Ensuring each year’s line-up is trend setting, diverse and commercially successful.
  • Grow audience attendance and engagement year on year.
  • Build, maintain and deepen our relationships with speakers, authors, and industry partners.
  • Launch and oversee a commercially successful and inspiring monthly event in our Festival cities, including online, in person and trainings to grow our community

  • Proven experience in programming or curating large scale Festival & Events
