Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of security devices and solutions.
Monitor security systems and perform basic troubleshooting activities.
Assist in managing security policies, rules, and configurations.
Perform routine health checks, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Investigate and escalate security-related issues when required.
Maintain technical documentation and operational records.
Work closely with internal teams and vendors to support security operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, system administration, or infrastructure support.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching).
Familiarity with security technologies such as Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Endpoint Security, VPN, or Email Security solutions.
Basic knowledge of security monitoring and incident handling.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
