Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs
Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipments)
Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) to clients.
Provide pre-sales technical consultation and act as the key technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions
Coordinating with other department to provide required information before the project begin
Minimum Qualifications
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Data Center, Infrastructure solution design, and pre-sales support.
Experience with major vendors such as Dell Server & Dell EMC Storage (Server Gen 14 – 17, Unity Storage & Powerstore Storage)
Experience with DSC/OSC for configuration Server & Storage
Familiarity with operating system such VMware, Redhat, Windows Server
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
