Role Overview

The Technical Support Engineer serves as the first point of contact for customer technical inquiries, providing foundational troubleshooting support and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issues. This role supports customers across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Provide APAC regional support and collaborate across time zones
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues
  • Manage support tickets and documentation
  • Support senior engineers on critical cases
  • Maintain KB articles and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible APAC hours

Technical Skills

DOCSIS, PON, Networking fundamentals, Linux basics, troubleshooting skills

Additional Requirements

  • On-call participation
  • Team collaboration
