Job Description

Position Summary

Porsche Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Public Relations Executive to support and execute strategic communications initiatives that strengthen brand reputation, enhance media relationships, and elevate Porsche's presence within the luxury automotive and lifestyle sectors. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in luxury automotive, luxury brands & lifestyle, or hospitality, combined with exceptional English communication and writing skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations & Communications

Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive, business, luxury lifestyle, and premium consumer media.Develop, write, edit, and distribute press materials, including press releases, media invitations, Q&A documents, speeches, key messages, and briefing notes.Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, media gatherings, product launches, and press drives.Monitor media coverage and prepare comprehensive media monitoring and reporting.Identify earned media opportunities that support business objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Brand & Lifestyle Communications

Support communication activities that position Porsche as a leading luxury automotive brand.Collaborate with marketing teams on integrated campaigns, product launches, customer experiences, and brand events.Manage communication efforts related to partnerships, sponsorships, and luxury lifestyle collaborations.Ensure all external communications reflect Porsche’s global brand standards and positioning.

Content Development

Produce high-quality English and Bahasa Indonesia content for various communication channels.Draft compelling stories and brand narratives that resonate with media, customers, and stakeholders.Support content creation for websites, social media, executive communication, and event materials.Review and proofread communication materials with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate effectively with internal departments, Porsche regional teams, agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders.Support communication needs of management and leadership teams when required.Assist in maintaining positive relationships with customers, influencers, opinion leaders, and industry partners.

Event & Project Management

Support planning and execution of luxury events, vehicle launches, media test drives, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Coordinate logistics, communications, guest management, and post-event reporting.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare communication reports, media coverage analysis, and campaign performance evaluations.Maintain updated media databases and communication records.Support budgeting and administrative processes related to PR activities and events.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Brand Communications.Experience in luxury automotive, luxury lifestyle brands or retail, hospitality, premium travel, or related industries is highly preferred.Prior experience managing media relations and event execution is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent English literacy and active English communication skills, both written and spoken.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities with strong attention to grammar and detail.Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in interacting with media and senior stakeholders.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.Strong team player with a collaborative working style.Passion for automotive industry trends, luxury brands, and premium customer experiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and social media (Instagram, TikTok)
