Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Driver Administration team to ensure efficient daily operations and achievement of operational KPIs.
  • Oversee driver administrative processes including onboarding documentation, compliance monitoring, contract management, and data maintenance.
  • Analyze large operational datasets related to driver performance, attendance, incentives, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Monitor team performance, service levels, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Fleet, Recruitment, Training, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support driver-related initiatives.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and implement standardized SOPs to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of driver administration issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance.
  • Lead team coaching, performance evaluation, and capability development initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and audit readiness across all driver administration activities.
  • Support management with operational forecasting, manpower planning, and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in operations, administration, fleet management, logistics, transportation, or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
  • Experienced in handling and analyzing large datasets to generate operational insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in ride-hailing, transportation, logistics, or fleet operations is a strong advantage.
