Based in Depok, you will report to EHS Manager and support in driving environmental, health, and safety excellence across the site. Working with operations, you will help ensure regulatory compliance, promote a safety culture, and contribute to continuous improvement programs. Your role will help protect our people, operations, and environment.
Your Role Includes
- Support site compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and internal requirements
- Lead incident, injury, and complaint investigations, and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver EHS training programs, toolbox meetings, and awareness activities to strengthen safety culture
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and follow-up actions to identify and reduce workplace risks
- Support regulatory permitting activities, audits, and management of EHS documentation and procedures
- Partner with internal team and external authorities to ensure effective EHS management and continuous improvement

Your Professional Profile Includes
- Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS within the chemical, manufacturing, or related industry
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and management systems
- Familiarity with PROPER, ISO 14001, SMK3, and applicable local EHS regulations
- Relevant EHS certifications as needed by local regulations
- Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and EHS training activities
- Proficiency in English
