Job Description

Implement and enforce strict Safety and 5S workplace organizational practices throughout the warehouse area
Monitor daily warehouse operations to maintain workflow efficiency and performance accuracy
Manage manpower allocation dynamically to ensure optimal team productivity and throughput
Oversee localized end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control processes
Control system accuracy and warehouse operational flows utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Handle immediate operational issues, performance bottlenecks, and floor complaints proactively
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and escalate critical operational issues to the Supervisor

Requirements

Minimum educational qualification of Senior High School, Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related logistics role or fulfillment industry
Proven familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong experience in operating and managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Willing to work in rotating shifts and placed according to company needs within the assigned city
Strong leadership skills with a proven capability to lead, motivate, and manage both small and large operational teams
