Job Description
Manage organizational data needs and ensure seamless data flow from multiple sourcesBuild, maintain, and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely insightsOversee data governance, quality, and compliance with data protection and security regulationsLead and mentor the data team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering professional growthCollaborate with Data Analytics, Business, and Engineering teams to maximize the use of data across the companyMonitor, troubleshoot, and improve data infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalabilityAct as a main communicator between business and data team, ensuring visibility and accessibility of data at all levels
Job Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related fielProven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing data tea2–5 years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or business intelligencProficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, etcExperience with cloud data warehouse solutions (BigQuery preferredUnderstanding of ETL processes and data pipeline orchestratioStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionallExcellent communication skills to connect business needs with data-driven solution
