  • Monitor, coach, and manage agent desk collections to achieve the decided target
  • Provide evaluation of desk collection agents for improvement
  • Track and report progress to other departments
  • Train new and existing agents
  • Frequent meetings with team and management

Requirements

  • At least 1 years experience as Desk collection Team Leader
  • Language Requirements: English (professional level)
  • Preferably candidates that are familiar with Fintech Industry (preferably) or Financial Services
  • Experience team management/ people management (handles large sum of people)
  • Can work under pressure
