The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical support for our engineering products and solutions. This role combines customer relationship management with hands-on service and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and support to customers.
- Conduct installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment/products.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Collect market information and competitor activity to support sales strategies.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and company standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or technical service roles, preferably in [industry type – e.g., rotating equipment, pumps, seals, oil & gas].
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
