Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Handle all personnel administration tasks, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation from employee onboarding, employment status changes, to termination of employment
  • Maintain and optimize employee records (attendance, leave, and personal data) within the HRIS
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits data to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR procedures
  • Assist with internal/external audits, compliance reviews, and mandatory regulatory reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology (GPA min. 3.00 of 4.00)
  • Minimum 5 year experiences working on Human Resource related field (Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, Recruitment, or Compensation & Benefit)
  • Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
