Responsibilities
:
- Oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations; review financial statements and analysis reports business decisions through professional financial insights2. Assist the tax team in handling tax matters and tax accouting; ensure daily tax compliance,minimize tax risks,and optimize tax efficiency3. Develop and improve internal accouting systems and financial management policies; enhance financial controls and provide guidance and coaching to accounting staff.4. Manage daily financial operations and coordinate with the group headquarters on relevant matters5. Lead the company’s annual audit process and ensure timely and accurate reporting to HQ6. Assist the CFO in ensuring the company's compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations and internal policies, while participating in the review of major contracts and agreements to provide support for business decisions.7. Provide support for the implementation of financial solutions for new business introduction.8. Perform other duties as assigned by senior managem

Qualificat
Ions
5+years of experience in Finance, including at least 2 years in financial management; experience in manufacturing companies is preferredBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, certificationgs such as CICP/ACCA/CAM, or Indonesian CPA are a plusStrong communication, coordination,and problem-solving skilsSolid knowledge of Indonesian and Chinese financial regulations and accounting standardsProficient in financial and office software, such as SAP, excel, powerpoint, and worldProficient in English, both spoken and written, knowledge of Chinese is
