As An Accounts Receivable Lead, You Will
Oversee day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and manage the AR team's workload.Lead the preparation and reporting of sales data and performance.Drive and execute strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, including product returns, new distributor onboarding and transitions, and process improvement initiatives.Manage customer cases and collaborate with key stakeholders, including distributors, modern trade and key account customers, banking partners, Sales, and Supply Chain teams, to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with1 year of team lead experience or experience leading a team considered an advantageProficient in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of invoice processing proceduresKnowledge of taxation, including tax mapping and the tax implications of transactionsFamiliarity with accounting principles and ERP systemsWilling to WFO from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
