Programme Manager - Data & Cloud Migration

iO Associates have partnered with a specialist data consultancy that helps global organisations modernise their data platforms and deliver large-scale cloud transformation programmes. With an excellent reputation for delivering complex data and analytics solutions, they are looking for experienced Programme Managers to lead high-profile enterprise migration projects across the APAC region.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative consulting environment where you'll work directly with enterprise clients, lead strategic programmes, and play a key role in delivering business-critical transformation initiatives.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading large-scale data migration programmes from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage multiple workstreams, engage with senior stakeholders, and work closely with technical teams to deliver successful cloud data transformations.

The role involves overseeing two concurrent Snowflake migration programmes, each supporting enterprise clients through legacy platform modernisation. You'll provide programme governance, manage risks, facilitate executive steering committees, and ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise data migration programmes.
• Manage programmes using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Drive governance across multiple workstreams, including RAID logs, RACI matrices, programme planning and reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams throughout programme delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resource planning.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Support business transformation initiatives while ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Work closely with technical teams delivering modern cloud data platforms.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale Programme or Delivery Management engagements.
• Strong background leading enterprise data migration or cloud transformation programmes.
• Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and C-level executives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programmes or projects.
• Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience delivering business and technology transformation initiatives.
